Pretreatment WokshopMain process description:Metering: Using special equipment, stable production measurement, used to adjust flow and measuring the total production, and can achieve the cumulative weighing, transient measurement and the purpose of cost accounting, accurate measurement, and high precision.Crushing:In order to ensure good softening and flaking effect, soy is generally broken up uniformly to 5~6 flakes and water distribute uniformly during softening, and flakes is thin and burliness.Flaking:Flaking means a certainty granularity of soy lamella was prepared for flaked of about 0.3 mm, the oil of raw material can be extracted in the shortest time and maximum, and residual oil was less than 1%.
Drying: The puffed raw materials contains about 12% water, and the best moisture for extraction process is 7-9%, therefore, there must be effective drying means to achieve the best leaching moisture.Adopting counter-current dryer can make water and temperature meet with follow-up process requirements, and improve the oil yield, as well as oil quality. The soybean leaching process is to obtain leached soybean oil by the principle of leaching oil production. In the soybean leaching step, the soybean oil leaching equipment is used to achieve sufficient contact between the solvent and the embryo by a reasonable leaching method, thereby achieving the purpose of sufficiently dissolving the oil and extracting the oil. Good leaching results are ensured by proper leaching and proper leaching conditions. The basic principle of the soybean leaching process: The soybean leaching process utilizes a solvent capable of dissolving oil and fat, and extracts the oil in the embryo by the action of wettability, molecular diffusion and convection diffusion, and then separates the mixed oil composed of the solvent and the fat to recover the solvent. When the hair oil is obtained, the solvent in the soybean meal is also recovered to obtain a leaching mash. The leaching method has a short leaching time and a large amount of mixed oil, but the concentration is relatively thin, that is, the amount of oil contained in the mixed oil is small, and the mixed oil contains more slag. 2, percolation type The contact process between the solvent and the embryo is always in the spray-penetration state, and after leaching, a concentrated mixed oil containing a large amount of oil can be obtained, and the amount of slag contained in the mixed oil is also small. But the leaching time is longer. 3, soaking, spray mixing Soaking the embryo first, and then spraying and infiltrating, the leaching rate and the oiling efficiency are improved, and the leaching time is reduced.
